Below you will find the links for each instrument. Each has a description of how to form an embouchure, tuning procedures, a video demonstrating bending pitch, a list of the 5 worst notes on each instrument, most importantly the tuning tendencies chart with alternate fingerings, and much more.
These charts show what the tuning tendencies are and a recommended fingering to fix it. Some have recommended alternate fingerings but don’t show that the note is normally out of tune. This is just giving you another option for that note if the student or the instrument plays it out of tune. These are not standard fingering charts on what fingerings to always use. These are alternate fingering recommendations for being in tune only. There are other fingerings that could work for good intonation and probably help in technical passages so please consider the passage of music when deciding on the appropriate fingerings.
Remember that every instrument and person are different and can have different tendencies. As listed on the General Intonation page there are many factors that can affect tuning your instrument. If you and your instrument are in perfect condition then the biggest factors in effecting intonation and tone are the mouthpiece, ligature, and reed.
